Full planning was secured and a s106 agreement finalised.

The site was sold to Mandale Ltd for £450,000, who then built 28 new homes.

The final phase of a Portford Homes scheme, stalled when their parent company, Hewletts, went bust. The asset was transferred to Danskin Ltd and Teakwood bought all the share capital for £335,000 in October 2013.

A revised planning consent was secured for 28 units and new s38 and s106 agreements were agreed.

A building contract was agreed with Saul Homes and the first 5 are now under offer.

Saul Homes and all the houses have now been built and sold.

Teakwood Developments entered into an option on 2 acres of farm land to the Eastern edge of the village of Allostock in Cheshire.

The site has been promoted for residential development and Teakwood is working closely with Weaver Vale Housing to secure a consent for new affordable housing.
