The final phase of a Portford Homes scheme, stalled when their parent company, Hewletts, went bust. The asset was transferred to Danskin Ltd and Teakwood bought all the share capital for £335,000 in October 2013.
A revised planning consent was secured for 28 units and new s38 and s106 agreements were agreed.
A building contract was agreed with Saul Homes and the first 5 are now under offer.
Saul Homes and all the houses have now been built and sold.
